I never book any flight that has more than ONE plane change. I charge a flat fee of $250--to ship to your airport anywhere in the lower 48 States. </div> <bR> <div> When shipping a puppy; I make sure she has a fuzzy toy and a chew bone with her for comfort, and sometimes a blanket with her mother's scent on it, if very young. (they have to be at least 8 weeks to fly). She will be in a brand new crate. </div> <bR> <div> On top of the crate, in a taped on envelope, I include your copy of the Health Guarantee/ Bill of Sale, her Registration, and Pedigree if available, a copy of the Vet's Health Certificate for your records, and a complete shot and worming record. If over 3 months of age when shipped, depending on your State--I also have my Vet give her Rabies vaccination--and I will include her certificate and tag in the envelope, too. I attach a small bag of her food in case of a flight delay. </div> <bR> <div> I always notify you by e-mail of the arrival time, where to pick her up, flight number, and any special instructions depending on the breed, age, and size of your puppy. </div> <div> I always have my Vet do a complete physical exam before issuing the certificate--that way, I KNOW she is healthy when she leaves me! </div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div>                              </div> </td> </tr></table></body>
