My Guarantee

Please PRINT off, READ carefully, and SIGN the following bill of sale/health guarantee when you are placing a deposit on, or paying for; your puppy. THANK YOU!

If the call name of your puppy is known--you may add this on the "name" line for identification purposes. I will fill in all other information, and this will take effect at the time your puppy is either picked up or air shipped to you, and a copy sent with him.

It is strongly recommended you do not take your puppy out in public until the entire series of 4 sets of shots are completed (approximately 16 weeks) for his protection! All puppies are kept here until at least 8 weeks of age--and at least the first 2 sets of shots are administered.

A NON-refundable deposit of one-half the puppy's purchase price is required to hold him. A puppy is NOT considered sold until the deposit is received! If the sale is not completed, the deposit is used to re-place his ads on the various sales sites . These were taken off when the deposit was received..

All puppies must be paid for in full at least one week before shipping. If being picked up, balance must be paid in CASH.

It is highly recommended that you use either PayPal or Western Union for these transactions. If PayPal, I absorb the cost, If Western Union, you must pay.

PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT refund money under any circumstances. Should it become necessary to claim on the guarantee--I replace a puppy in like kind. As the guarantee states, the puppy and all paperwork must be returned to me with a letter from your Vet at your expense--and I will replace him as soon as one of a similar description is available, but at least within one year--also at your expense. If the dog is not delivered through no fault of the breeder--all monies paid are forfeit.
